For seventeen years our family has stocked these shelves with the things we grew up with — prosciutto aged against alpine winds, brick-oven sourdoughs, oils pressed within the same harvest. We taste everything before it reaches you.

Walk in and you’ll find us slicing San Daniele to order, cutting wedges from 24-month Parmigiano, and setting aside the day’s best loaves for regulars who know to call ahead.
